Airweld is CASA approved to perform surface finishing and protective coatings to aircraft components in accordance with our Quality Manual and procedures using the applicable manufacturer's data, such as Structural Repair Manuals, OEM Manuals and approved procedures.

Airweld has a fully enclosed Advanced Airflow Technology Spray Paint Booth and Baking Ovens for the application of surface finishings and protective coatings to military and civilian aircraft components requiring:


  • • Oven baked paint

  • • Fuel resistant paint

  • • Solvent resistant paint

  • • High Heat resistant paint (Alloy)

  • • Alseal 518 coating
